A work from some years ago, the chef Andrea Mainardi was at the first episodes of “La Prova del Cuoco”, an eclectic person, lively, out of the schemes that in the kitchen becomes concentrate, meticulous, perfectionist. It’s been a pleasure planning his first small, big restaurant, yes, because at that time he only had one table , to be able to dedicate completely to his customers. A project born from the will of exalting his character, celebrating him ironically, putting in the foreground his weirdest peculiarities, the pearl earrings, his necklace with cubes, his neon watch and the love for Michelle, his daughter. Many things have changed and the chef got very far, but he remains the same guy with a smile that we met, with the difference that now he is requested all over Italy.
